Welcome to The Nature Conservancy Ozark Karst Program weblog. Here we will highlight some of the karst conservation work we are doing in Arkansas, the Ozarks, the nation, and globally. Please check back often.
I am a biologist that studies cave fauna, particularly, those found in caves of the Ozark Plateau. I'm also a caver, backpacker, hiker, birder, canoer, and runner. My wife, Christy, and I live in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where we try to get out in the Ozark woods as often as we can.
